Dr. Krishali Hoffman grew up in Houston, Texas and attended the University of Houston and the University of North Texas Health Science
Center (TCOM).  She completed her residency at Christus St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas.  Dr. Hoffman has practiced in the community for over 6 years before joining Shadow Creek Medical Associates.

Dr. Hoffman is fluent in English and Sinhalese.
